New Town is one of the most wanted touristic destinations in Prague. Not only that all most important sightseeing’s are at the reach of hand, but this quarter is in the very vicinity of the most popular parts by Prague residents themselves. It combines beauty of architecture and environment with great variety of services, gourmet shops and cosy pubs. The United Methodist Church offers accommodation in recently reconstructed apartment close to the Charles square in the very heart of Prague New Town, which was founded by the emperor Charles IV. In immediate vicinity on Charles square there is the New Town Hall. In ten minutes you can be on Vltava’s bank by Dancing House, on Wenceslas square or at Národní třída. Equipment: The apartment is located on 3rd floor of historic building (without elevator) in Ječná street. The apartment is fully equipped for 4-6 persons. It has bedroom with king bed and separated room with two single beds. In living room there is roll-out sofa at disposal, where another two persons can sleep. The apartment has also fully equipped kitchen corner in dining room. There is newly reconstructed bathroom with shower enclosure.
Výborná poloha, veľké priestory. Hluk z električiek je akceptovateľný vzhľadom na to, že ste v centre mesta.
Schönes, großzügiges Apartment. Wir könnten alles fußläufig erreichen.
Sehr schönes großzügiges Altbau-Appartement, neu renoviert und hübsch eingerichtet mit Ikea Möbeln und einigen Antiquitäten, großes Wohnzi. mit bequemer Schlafcouch und zwei bequemen Sesseln, 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, großem Schrank, 1 Schlafzi. mit Doppelbett und gr. Schrank. Der Essbereich mit 6 Polsterstühlen und großem Tisch ist gleichzeitig Diele und Küche, die Küche hat alles was man benötigt, Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Das Bad ist nicht sehr groß, lediglich dort zu bemängeln sind die Fugen in der Dusche die in den Ecken schwarz waren. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Ein- und Auschecken ohne Probleme, es gab eine Telefonnr. für evtl. Probleme und schon im Vorfeld wurde ein Flughafentransfer oder ein reservierter Parkplatz angeboten. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, man erreicht in wenigen Min. das Zentrum. Einziges Minus ist der Straßenlärm nachts, da keine Lärmschutz-Fenster. Sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Wir Vier waren mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Lage sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Prag. Empfang und Wohnungsübergabe und Abnahme waren sehr angenehm . Wir werden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen
